Brian has infused his advertising passion, creative talent and marketing know-how into his namesake agency. More than a marketing mastermind, more than a creative director, Brian tackles these roles and more to lead the agency and our clients toward greater success through great advertising. Keeping the agency growing fast and going strong, Mel manages to drive HPI's success while staying on top of the bottom line. She oversees all agency operations with her exceptional business savvy and a talent for strategic planning. With more than 16 years of experience in information architecture, usability and Web development and design, Tim specializes in making the Web work for clients through innovative and instinctive experiences that pair the goals of end users with those of the business. When it comes to maximizing media dollars, Eric means business. He has more than 30 years of experience in all facets of the marketing and media process, from planning and buying to strategy and negotiation.
Managing every detail and meeting any deadline is Matt's specialty. Throughout his accomplished career, he has performed virtually every function known to print production. With the experience of a pro and the eye of a perfectionist, he oversees all aspects of the production process to ensure that work is completed on time, on budget and with quality true to the original concept. Jules has turned client relations into an art form with her impressive ability to handle client needs, requests and expectations with the greatest of ease and the best of results. With a sharp mind for marketing and a knack for making every client feel like the only one, Jules is a pro at ensuring that client goals are met and campaign results are achieved. A savvy strategic thinker with strong brand-building experience, Rebecca is highly skilled in all aspects of account management. She has mastered the delicate balancing act of maintaining client relationships while developing solid marketing strategies, contributing to creative development, and leading integrated initiatives that build brand value. After graduating from Boston University’s College of Communication, Jon honed his account management skills at BBDO New York. While there, he collaborated on the strategic development for a wide range of global brands, including Pizza Hut, Visa, Armstrong Flooring, and Office Depot.
